Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Helen

Very clean. Friendly staff. Check-in was quick and easy. Rooms are very clean and fresh and hotel overall has a clean and calm atmosphere.

My whole experience at this hotel was great. Becca at the front desk was so nice! I actually left my shorts there and she made sure they got mailed back to me within the week. The room was super clean and the pool room was even heated. Breakfast was awesome it beats the expensive breakfast you would have downtown (even though that is great as well). It’s about a ten minute walk to shopping and everywhere you want to see. I will definitely be staying here again.

SUPER cute town, we came during Octoberfest and had the best time. Food was amazing, especially the food at Festhall. Our room was great and Daniel at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Good notes..Hotel was clean, staff was kind and courteous. Location was great! Bed was comfy and breakfast was pretty good. Bad notes.. ran out of coffee both morning and eggs were not hot. Ice machine was!out of service on first morning. The room above us had kids and the parents let them run like wild animals for over an hour after 10pm, called front desk and he said he went up to see if he could hear what room it was, he just should’ve come to our room would of heard it loud and clear! Guess they finally went to sleep.. started back up 7am Sunday morning.. I spoke with the lady at the front desk while checking out and another woman had the same issue and she was across the hall from me. I get kids will be kids but, why put them in upper floors and make others suffer? All we both got was gosh I’m sorry.. note to self.. no more first floor rooms for me!

Nice newish hotel a long walk from downtown Helen. Free breakfast with a gym and indoor pool. Rooms are great with the sitting area, but the beds were a little stiff.

One of the best places to stay in Helen, this is overall a very good hotel. Very clean with very good housekeeping service, updated facilities giving all a pleasant atmosphere, very good service and professional very polite staff. Our room was fairly spacious and the layout and furniture made life uncluttered and convenient. Their fitness room was nicely equipped, clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good. The location is nice as it is set on a hill away from the hustle and bustle, great for parking, could still walk to many places and can avoid some of the Helen traffic. Outside our window, on the grassy side of the building we saw deer, groundhogs etc.. You can depend on this hotel for a good stay.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel the staff was nice. The room and bathroom were cleaned very well and the AC worked perfect! Breakfast wasn’t too bad it was free so I can’t really complain. The only thing would be the room I was in was next to the stairs and I could hear people coming up and down and being noisy late at night which was unfortunate but it doesn’t take away any starts I’ve given!

We had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Helen, Georgia. The hotel is very beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Helen.
